Zachary Bair - Founder

Originally based out of Nashville, Tennessee, Zachary Bair, age 26 and a 2018 graduate from Belmont University's Audio Engineering Program, has always had a passion for music since the day he picked up a guitar in 2003. Growing up in Newark, Delaware, he took guitar lessons for 12 years and drum lessons for 2 before he moved to Nashville in 2014 to pursue Recording Technology at one of the nations most prestigious Music Business colleges. As of June 2022, Zach relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado where he is still able and willing to travel.

In April of 2019, Zach began working as an assistant editor for Sarah Vorhees Wendel, helping with Archival, podcast and audio book editing, as well as spearheading a season of reality television for Lonely Planet, taking on sound editing and mixing. He has worked on the Astonishing Legends Podcast, and has also done ADR and editing for Veggie Tales.

Since 2014, Zachary has taken on multiple active leadership roles, mostly in the form of Production Manager, Tour Manager or Post Sound Supervisor. He has worked at various live audio and event production companies such as Mid South Audio, Macro Productions and Clair Global. In the summer of 2018, he went on the road with Locash, a country music duo, as a merchandise manager and tour assistant. In June 2019, he became the Monitor Engineer and Production Manager and Tour Manager for country artist, David Nail and has since started working as Monitor Engineer and Stage Manager for Marcus King and Jeremy Zucker.

On top of being a well versed audio engineer, Zach is also a freelance photographer and videographer, capturing everything from landscapes and events, to studio portraits and photos from his travels around the world. He has enjoyed content creation for social media and YouTube with individuals such as Sam Obenchain, Rachele Truso and Stable Genius Creative Marketing and The Home Mag.
